Rooted in corporate operations with a BCom in Human Resources and an Advanced Certificate in Labour Law, Isabel initially envisioned a path leading to a CHRO role. However, life has a sense of humour; the one aspect of HR she initially enjoyed the least was recruitment, which became her greatest passion and led to the birth of GigElement.
GigElement embodies a “pay it forward” philosophy. It is a platform created to connect gig professionals with potential clients free of charge. It gives skilled individuals the opportunity to showcase their expertise and helps companies find reliable, experienced workers without barriers or fees.
